             DIRECTIONS:

              From TORONTO:
                     Distance: approx. 360 km to 400km
             Directions:  Travel up highway 401 to Napanee; exit at Napanee and drive North on
                                       highway 41; cross highway 7at Kaladar until you arrive at the intersection
                                       for highway 506; take highway 506 through Myers Cave, Plevna and
                                       Ompah; the Natural Medicine Centre is located approx. 8km after Ompah
                                       on the right hand side; Civic Address 12396

             From OTTAWA:
                     Distance: approx. 120km
             Directions1: Take the Queen's Way west out of Ottawa and exit onto highway 7; travel
                                        highway 7 towards  Toronto through Carleton Place and Perth to Sharbot
                                        Lake;  shortly after Sharbot Lake take a right turn onto Highway 509 (to
                                        Ompah, Plevna);  drive through Mississippi Station and Snow Road Station
                                        Village (the highway makes a left turn here); the Natural Medicine Centre
                                        is located 8.5km after Snow Road on the left side; Civic Address 12396
                      OR
             Directions2: (not all roads are on the map)Take the Queen's Way west out of Ottawa
                                        and  exit onto highway 7; travel hwy 7 towards Toronto through Carleton
                                        Place to Perth; from Perth take highway 511 to Balderson; in Balderson take
                                        a left turn and drive to the first stop sign; make a right turn and follow
                                        the road through Fallbrook. Just after Fallbrook there is a "T" intersection
                                        at which you turn left. Stay on this road through McDonalds Corners to
                                        Elphin.  In Elphin you turn right to Snow Road; at the stop sign in Snow Road
                                        drive straight (north) towards Ompah on hwy 509 for approx. 8 km
                                        (5 miles). The Natural Medicine Centre is located on the left hand side of
                                        the road at just North of Donaldson Road (Civic Address 12396)

                 From KINGSTON:
                         Distance: approx 100km
             Directions:  Take highway 38 north out of Kingston; travel north all the way to the end of
                                       hwy 38 (through Harrowsmith, Verona, Parham, Tichbourne to Sharbot Lake).
                                       At the "T" intersection in Sharbot Lake turn left on hwy 7; Stay on hwy 7 about
                                       1km down then turn right onto hwy 509 (towards Ompah & Plevna).  Drive
                                       through Mississippi Station to Snow Road Station Village.  Hwy 509 makes a
                                       left turn in Snow Road.  The Natural Medicine Centre is loacted approx. 8km
                                       (5 miles) further on the left side of the road (Civic Address 12396).
